Day-of Wedding Coordination Package Package Rate: $750 Your wedding day should be spent celebrating—not worrying about timelines, vendors, decorations, or what happens next. Be Wed by B provides hands-on day-of coordination to help keep your celebration organized, on schedule, and flowing smoothly from beginning to end. Package Includes Rehearsal Coordination Up to 2 hours of rehearsal coordination the day before the wedding Wedding party lineup and processional organization Ceremony walkthrough Coordination of ceremony entrances, exits, and timing Review of final wedding-day details Wedding Day Coordination Up to 12 consecutive hours of wedding-day coordination Coordinator arrival at the agreed-upon start time Management of the wedding-day timeline Coordination with venue staff and scheduled vendors Wedding party organization and direction Ceremony lineup and processional coordination Assistance with keeping the ceremony and reception on schedule Coordination of major reception moments, including introductions, first dances, cake cutting, speeches/toasts, and send-off Assistance with minor last-minute issues and adjustments General oversight to help ensure the couple and wedding party can enjoy the celebration without managing logistics Additional Time The package includes up to 12 consecutive hours on the wedding day and 2 hours for rehearsal. Additional coordination time beyond the package is $65 per hour. Please Note Day-of coordination does not include full wedding planning, vendor booking, contract negotiation, transportation of large décor/items, extensive decorating, catering or bartending duties, venue cleaning, breakdown services, or other services not specifically included in the coordination agreement. Décor placement or setup beyond minor wedding-day adjustments must be discussed and approved in advance. The couple is responsible for providing Be Wed by B with the final vendor information, wedding-party information, ceremony details, and wedding-day timeline prior to the event. Total Package Investment: $750 Additional services or hours may be added based on availability.
